You may like to note that due to the resignation of a Town Councillor, there is a Casual vacancy which could be filled by co-option. The Council may decide to continue until the May elections with 7 Members however.
If you are aware of any person who may like to be considered for co-option for the remaining 5 months, then please let me know as a matter of urgency.

i) To receive written requests for dispensation from individual Councillors who would otherwise be restricted from participating in the discussion and/or voting on an item on the agenda

To receive the report from the Brading Station committee for consideration
To resolve to ratify the Station accounts for 2016, if appropriate.
109/16 TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE, RIGHTS OF WAY and ISLAND ROADS
i) To consider the reports from Freshwater Parish Council and Ryde Town Council, in ii) iii) respect of IWALC’s Transport Infrastructure Task Force – Cllr Oglander.
To resolve to submit comments from Brading Town Council if appropriate
To consider the report from the Clerk regarding Rights of Way within Brading Parish
iv) To resolve to agree the recommendations if appropriate
v) To consider which roads are to be proposed to Island Roads for 20mph restriction
vi) vii) viii) To agree to forward the suggestions to Island Roads, and IW Council PFI team.
To receive a report from the Clerk in respect of the Speed sign at southern end of High Street
To resolve to agree the purchase of a new permanent speed sign if appropriate.
