BRADING IN BLOOM 2026 – THE RESULTS

The Social Team, Brading Residents Association would like to thank everyone who entered Brading in Bloom this year. The displays have been amazing despite the drought conditions, so ‘thank you’ so much for your perseverance.
The judging has now been finalised following two visits around all entries.
Cat 1 – Best front garden – 3 Downsview Close
Cat 2 – Best Commercial Garden – The Wheatsheaf
Cat 3 – Best Community Floral Display – Brading Town Hall
Cat 4 – Best Creative use of small space – 62 High St
Cat 5 – Best Allotment – Brading Youth Club – The Meadow
Those who have won their category have now been advised.
The presentation of prizes and certificates will be made on Sat 5th September at 2.30pm at the Horticultural Show in the Brading Youth and Community Centre (Old School Café) Everyone welcome.
Thank you to all whose who have planted this year (especially in the High Street) which has certainly enhanced the beauty and colour in Brading,  but all did not enter Brading in Bloom so hopefully next year they may be inspired to join in.
Thank you once again to our lovely community for your support and to the Crafty Crew for their fantastic knitted and crocheted floral piece adorning the railings by the Methodist church.
